Most of my contract work starts the same way. A programme is moving. Timelines look optimistic on paper. Stakeholders are aligned in meetings but not in practice. And somewhere between the delivery plan and day one, the gap between what was promised and what the business can actually absorb hasn't been properly assessed.

That's where I come in. As a Senior Business Analyst and Change Consultant with over 15 years of experience, I help organisations understand what's actually happening in their processes, what needs to change, and whether they are genuinely ready to make that change stick.

I work across housing, public sector, commercial, education, healthcare, and technology environments. Remote, hybrid, or on-site. Short or long engagements. What stays consistent is the quality of the analysis and the clarity of the output.

Alongside delivery work, I train and equip BA and change professionals through Learning Tree International — across EMEA and APAC. Most of what I teach, I've done on live programmes. That's not common and clients notice.
